E.O.P.P.E.P. as the National Reference Point (NRP) of the EQAVET European Network, participated in the Peer Learning Activity (PLA), held in Berlin on 28-29 November 2019, organized by the EQAVET Secretariat in cooperation with DE-QAVET (the EQAVET NRP in Germany) and BIBB (the German Federal Institute for VET). The central theme of the meeting was “How quality assurance processes can be used to make VET more attractive”.
The PLA provided the opportunity for participants to reflect collectively and individually on how quality assurance strategies can make initial and continuing VET more attractive.
Some of the most important issues that were presented during the meeting concerned the ways the German, Spanish and Slovenian’s VET quality assurance systems support the promotion of the VET attractiveness, how VET providers’ s approach to quality assurance encourages learners to take VET programs.
