Press Release - Web Study Visit in Greece March, 29 2021

The National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), in terms of the ΕRASMUS+ «ΕQAVET NRPs 2019-2021» activities, as the appointed National Reference Point  (law 4115/2013) of EQAVET in Greece, organised and implemented an on line Web Study Visit in Athens, in March 29 2021.

The National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), in terms of the ΕRASMUS+ «ΕQAVET NRPs 2019-2021» activities, as the appointed National Reference Point  (law 4115/2013) of EQAVET in Greece, organised and implemented an on line Web Study Visit in Athens, in March 29 2021.

The Study Visit was part of the Join Activity, implemented by EOPPEP Communication and Development Division, in collaboration with the NRPs of Slovenia, Croatia and Finland, in terms of the ΕRASMUS+ «ΕQAVET NRPs 2019-2021» Program. The key point of the Study Visit was the presentation of the main findings of the Research on IVET Graduate Tracking System.

Ms. Ioanna Lytrivi, EOPPEP CEO, greeted the event, declaring the launching of Study Visit. Besides, Mr. Antonios Glaros, Head of Communication and Development Division and Project Coordinator, presented the main strands of the “EQAVET NRPs 2019-2021” project.

During the Study Visit, the Key results of the Research on IVET Graduate Tracking System were showcased, hence two relevant Studies, regarding IVET Programs reform and current labor market needs in new skills and competences. The principals of Public Initial Vocational Training Institutions of Aegaleo – Attica and of the island of Lemnos intervened in the Study Visit. Next to the presentations, there was an open discourse, with the active engagement of the NRP’s representatives in the join activity. The Study Visit was concluded, comprising a wrap up of the main topics discussed.
